Director of Employee Experience

The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Director of Employee Experience to join our Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, or Washington, DC office. The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing the strategies and programs designed to continuously improve the overall employee experience at Brattle. This includes key areas of focus like onboarding, performance, morale, development, and retention of employees across both the consulting and corporate services staff.
The role requires the understanding and integrating of significant initiatives across HR that influence the employee experience and ensure we have one cohesive approach firm-wide. This role will manage and direct the Employee Experience team, coordinate with leaders outside of HR who are leading initiatives with a large-scale employee experience impact, and lead the administration and results analysis for employee feedback surveys, using findings to create employee-focused strategies and programs.
