  • Responsible for producing standard and customized reports for HR and organization wide distribution

  • Provide alternative solutions and recommendations to complex business problems and issues and works with team members to determine satisfactory approach

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining HRIS

  • Provide advisory and guidance to management regarding system requirements

  • Create audit reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Performs group data imports, exports, and research/reports on any data discrepancies

  • Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and delivers ad hoc data requests

  • Conducts data analysis on compensation, classification, employment, and/or benefits data

  • Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of HR Operations

  • Require comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures

  • Makes sure the security protocols regarding information systems are in place and followed

  • Actively involved in various phases of the employee life cycle like testing and supporting the stages of upgrade, develop, and build new process

  • Involved in tracking, identifying, monitoring, and communicating the issues related to the project closely tracking the contingencies that have occurred during the entire course

  • Maintains/modifies set-up tables in all HR systems.

  • Troubleshooting of HR systems issues by researching and identifying the root causes.

  • Stay current with system updates and work with HR sub-functions to implement upcoming changes.


Essential Skills

  • Must have 3+ years of Knowledge of HRIS with ADP WFN, ADP eTime, Taleo.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g.,complex formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables) 

  • Knowledge of database maintenance.

  • Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.

  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a collaborative team environment.

  • Skill in problem solving and decision making

  • Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

  • Should have the ability to multi task.

  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change.

  • Should possess good working knowledge of creating databases and spreadsheets and well versed in using various computer software

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Business Administration, Computer Science or any equivalent field, Master’s Degree would be a plus
