Position The Recruiting Coordinator will be a member of the Human Resources team.The Bridgespan Recruiting team recruits at the campus level for both Associate Consultant and Consultant positions (at the post-undergraduate and post-graduate school) as well as staff hiring (Executive Assistants, Finance and IT roles). Primary responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include, supporting the campus recruiting process, and support of diversity recruiting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-functioning Human Resources team while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the nonprofit sector.
