Position Summary

The Associate for Digital Production will support our digital publishing, engagement, and dissemination efforts through Bridgespan.org, newsletters, other mailings, webinars and additional digital services. They will play a critical role that requires deep attention to detail as well as skills in web content management (including some basic HTML), search engine optimization, and project management. They are expected to understand or be eager to learn various tools and skills, including content management systems, web analytics, webinar implementation, list management, Microsoft CRM, and e-mail marketing with a goal of promoting Bridgespan’s products and services. The role will be a key part of our Institute team of editors, web professionals, and marketers and will report to the Senior Director for Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Produce web content (including text, images, forms, et. al.) via Kentico and WordPress content management systems
  • Produce newsletters and email alerts
  • Support technical and marketing needs of webinar program
  • Pull analytics data from various tools and produce engagement reports as needed
  • Manage various CRM-based e-mail campaigns and subscriber/audience segment lists
  • Utilize various online tools to promote Bridgespan’s online image and brand

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Ability to work and remain flexible in a changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • The ideal candidate is self-directed, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong attention to detail
