The Program Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting an exceptional participant experience from organization enrollment through completion, as well as helping to modify and/or create the tools and processes necessary for the programs to grow dramatically. This Associate will be a part of the broader Leadership Accelerator team (reporting to the Operations Manager who leads daily delivery operations).
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious problem solver who is an excellent communicator, has strong attention to detail, and is excited to both work with non-profit leaders and to help to grow a high-performing operations function.
