Summary: The OT Engineer will play a critical role in integrating, maintaining, and securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT infrastructure. This position ensures the seamless operation and optimization of technology systems within manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other industrial environments. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to enhancing operational efficiency and security.

Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience working with OT systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Hands-on experience with PLC programming (AllenBradley), SCADA systems, and network protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Demonstrates abilities in the following areas; uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusion or approaches to problems; application of general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers to questions posed; interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; combines pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions; arranges things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
Computer Skills:
· Strong understanding of industrial networks, including segmentation, VLANs, and firewalls.
· Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices for OT environments.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· CAD software.
· Human Machine Interface (HMI) software. Rockwell FactoryTalk and Wonderware
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic thinking, resource allocation, leadership techniques, human resource modeling, and production methods and coordination of people and resources.
· Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
