Logistics Specialist 

 

Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Logistics Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing logistics support to the NGA by supporting the acquisition, storage, tracking, disposition, and destruction of government owned equipment. Additionally, they will be responsible for accountability and control of property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred in response to customer needs.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:  

Required Education and Years of Experience: 

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Required Qualifications: ​

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Coordinates and perform property accountability functions
  • Develops material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property
  • Provides support to the NGA in their disposal of assets
  • Professional experience includes ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, material handling, and property accountability

Desired Qualifications: ​

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, program management, or related discipline
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, three (3) additional years of demonstrated specialized logistics experience may be substituted 
  • Expertise in ITAR regulations and policies
  • Specialized experience on large industry technical contracts involving multiple activities and multiple vendors
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$68,000 - $78,000
