Lead Software Engineer

The Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapon Systems (SI&WS) Division's GSCCE program is seeking motivated, goal-achieving, and team-oriented systems engineers to update, upgrade, and develop an updated and modernized global military satellite communications (MILSATCOM) ground system that will manage the WGS Payloads for all F1-F12 Boeing-built Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellites.
As a Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) member of the GSCCE team, you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to the maintenance and support of the delivered system for our customers. These roles provide opportunities for you to significantly influence project outcomes. Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, data science, or computer science and 9+ years of related experience OR
Master's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, data science, or computer science and 7+ years of related experience OR
PhD from an accredited course of study in engineering, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related experience
4 years of additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with RESTFul APIs

Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work is authorized (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
CodeVue Coding Challenge:
To be considered for this position you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$135,000 - $175,000
