Customer Technical Training Specialist

As a Customer Technical Training Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will perform as a GMOC onsite trainer, executing On-the-Job Training (OJT), monitoring and training system upgrades and system transition duties; in addition, you will monitor GMD program activities ensuring GMOC personnel maintain system currency, proficiency and position qualifications.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:  

Required Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, in addition to three years' GMOC experience.

Required Qualifications: ​

• Three (3) years' GMOC Operator experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience working in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment

This position requires an active US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.

Desired Qualifications: ​

• GMD Fire Control (GFC) Computer System Operator (CSO)
• GMD Communications Network (GCN) Operator
• GMD Program experience
• Experience interfacing and collaborating with external stakeholders

Telework/Remote Availability:  100% on-site, per GMOC mission schedule.

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$92,000 - $138,000
