About the Role:

The Real Estate Fund Services group is seeking a Yardi Product Support Analyst to join the Real Estate Business Solutions Team.  This specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Estate investment management operations, as well as the processes & technologies that support those functions.  The Yardi Product Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for the analysis, support and maintenance of the Yardi Voyager and other complimentary/integrated applications. The candidate must have hands on experience supporting Yardi Voyager, as well as knowledge of Real Estate Investment Accounting principles.  Additional technical experience in the areas of relational databases (SQL Server) and reporting development is a plus.

Job Duties in Brief:

• Provide expert application and business process support to staff worldwide in their use of Yardi Voyager and other integrated applications.
• Act as the liaison between IT and functional business requests, handling both sides when necessary.
• Setup & testing of fund structures within Yardi’s Investment Management Module, including the automation of consolidations, currency exchange, and performance calculations.
• Trouble shoot and resolve application, data, procedural, or technical issues and escalate to appropriate technical teams when required. 
• Organize and perform testing, preparation and assist in implementation of new modules and functionalities within Yardi Voyager.
• Assist with the implementation of system upgrades.
• Provide assistance in the creation of training and reference materials and lead end-user education training events in core competencies. 
• Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and regulatory controls.
• Contribute to ongoing discussions on operational process and best practices; document and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times.

About You:

• Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either of the following or related fields: Information Systems, Accounting, Finance.
• 1-3+ Years of supporting Yardi Voyager environments required.
• Yardi Investment Management module experience required.
• Real Estate investment accounting experience is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues at the application, database, and environmental levels.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and a working knowledge of Yardi scripting and Yardi reporting is a plus.
• Ability to identify and evaluate technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Strong analytical and integration experience involving complex data sets.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product.
