Job Summary:

As an Engineering Intern in our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to support customer targeting for Semiconductor/Tech Companies, to one of our solutions as below:

• Altair Hyperworks - Simlab for 3DIC

What You Will Do:

• Specialize in Altair SimLab while performing Thermal/Drop Test/Reliability Analysis. 
• Test new software development and provide feedback. 
• Assist evaluation and assessment of product performance and execution.
• Assist on elaboration of technical reports and presentations.
• Partner with Sales Account Manager and Technical Field to assist in customer strategy.

What You Will Need:

Basics:

• Bachelors, Masters in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge and strong interest of 3D-IC, and semiconductor packaging.
• Knowledge and strong interest of Finite element analysis. 
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Work more than 1 day per week and at least intern for more than half a year.

Preferred:

• Experience with PCB Design and Verification is a plus.
• Experience in Python scripting is a plus.
