Job Summary:

 

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Partner. This is a direct hire position.

Industry: Automotive or Manufacturing

Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean / English.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team, supporting our dynamic workforce within the automotive/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and will leverage their HR expertise to provide strategic guidance, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive key HR initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws relevant to manufacturing/automotive environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws relevant to manufacturing/automotive environments.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and South Korean labor laws and cultural workplace practices.
  • Experience in bilingual communication for HR policy rollouts and team training sessions.
