Admin Assist L2

Job Summary:

Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for an Admin Assist L2. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

• May perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasks.
  
• Will collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate.
  
• May gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making.
  
• Receive physical sample parts used for build events, notify requestor of parts arrival, and enter inventory into SAP Ariba.
  
• Track and follow up with suppliers on open sample parts orders.
  
• Ability to use Microsoft office programs with skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Alpha and numeric filing skills.
• Attention to detail/accuracy. 
  
• Ability to support department specific needs as described in job requested based on specialty.

Basics:

• A minimum of 5+ years on-the-job experience or completion of vocational training program.
• High School/GED level reading, communication, math and problems solving skills required to perform administrative support work.
• Hybrid Work Schedule Monday - Thursday onsite and Friday Remote.

Preferred:

• SAP Ariba experience.
