Founded over 20 years ago, we bring together global knowledge and local expertise to accelerate social change. We pursue projects that are intellectually challenging and have the potential for significant social impact. Our services include strategy consulting, leadership development, and sector-building initiatives. We take what we learn from this work and build on it with original research, identifying best practices and innovative ideas to share with civil society. Our research has been published in journals and media outlets including Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Times of India, The Economic Times, Forbes India, Mint, and India Development Review.

Bridgespan values respect, candor, collaboration, passion, and most of all having social impact and working towards societies characterized by equity and justice. Our mission to break cycles of poverty is impossible if we do not also advance equity and justice, given how profoundly unequal outcomes are by race, gender, caste, and other factors of discrimination. We have made a public commitment to anti-racism (statement is here) and more importantly are doing the essential work to build a team and leadership at all levels that is diverse, develop a truly inclusive culture, and integrate a focus on equity in all our work.
