We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and play a leading role in Bridgespan’s Digital Transformation. This includes replatforming of the organization’s CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales) and implementation of an ERP (WorkDay).

What you’ll do
As Bridgespan’s Business Systems Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the systems that power our core business operations. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for defining product strategies and leading cross-functional efforts to modernize and integrate enterprise applications as part of Bridgespan’s digital transformation. This role will focus on ensuring our internal systems work seamlessly together to support scalable, efficient workflows across functions. Success in this role requires strong product management expertise, a systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a cohesive product vision for core business systems, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational priorities and support seamless end-to-end operations.
- Integrated Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that account for interdependencies across systems, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic goals, business impact, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders and end-users to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Cross-team Delivery: Collaborate with the Scrum Manager and technical teams (in-house and/or external vendors) to lead agile development of integrated solutions, managing the full lifecycle from concept to post-launch support.
- System Interoperability & Optimization: Ensure business systems are designed and evolved to work cohesively, enabling reliable data flow, streamlined processes, and effective user experiences across teams.
- Release Planning & Execution: Oversee release planning and coordination to deliver enhancements on time and within scope, with attention to system dependencies and organizational readiness.
- Risk Management: Identify and address risks related to system integration, functionality, and business continuity, proactively resolving blockers to maintain progress and stability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent, transparent updates to stakeholders on product progress, upcoming changes, and key milestones to support alignment and adoption.
- Culture of Iteration & Collaboration: Promote a collaborative, agile mindset that encourages continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional alignment across business systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years leading cross-functional project or product teams.
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product development, with a focus on internal business systems.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into product outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across functions.
- Experience understanding use cases and driving requirements for CRMs and other enterprise systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally playing a critical role in CRM transformation, re-platforming, build out or significant optimization.
- Experience with ERP Systems.
- Experience working in consulting, client services, or other mission-driven environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and cross-system integration.
