Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will join a growing Recruiting team to primarily support campus recruiting efforts for Advisory hiring at the Associate Consultant and Consultant level (post-undergraduate and post-graduate school) as well as ad-hoc hiring for our internal teams. The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator role include supporting the recruiting cycle via campus outreach, presentations, resume review, interview scheduling, etc.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-functioning, process-oriented Human Resources and Recruiting Teams while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the professional services and nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting campus recruiting cycle via
    • Virtual and in-person campus presentations
    • Job posting and candidate sourcing
    • Facilitating resume review process
    • Interview scheduling and gathering feedback
    • Developing relationships with Career Services contacts and student groups
  • Maintaining data related to recruitment activity via Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and producing year-end reporting
  • Assist with coordinating mock interview program
  • Participating and supporting conferences and recruiting events for pipeline partners, including logistical planning, event staffing, marketing efforts, and virtual and on-site execution
  • Helping identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes in the U.S.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on our recruiting marketing efforts including social media communication, career website updates, and advertising of jobs 
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects for broader People and Culture team 
  • Supporting hiring for corporate roles as needed 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 1-2 year of recruiting experience required, campus recruiting preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Taleo preferred   
  • Experience working in Microsoft suite: Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Suite, Zoom. The ability to learn new technology quickly is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Orientation to quality, continuous improvement, and customer service
  • Enthusiasm for Bridgespan’s organizational values and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Hybrid Requirements: All Bridgespanners are expected to work from a Bridgespan office and follow a 2-day in office requirement. This policy is designed to offer meaningful opportunity for in-person relationship building and mentorship, while also offering staff considerable flexibility.
