As an Administrator, Client Services your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the firm in the development and growth of its existing insolvency practice in your community and surrounding areas
• Knowledge and ability to assist in the training of colleagues
• Seeking opportunities for efficiencies, or streamlining of processes to ensure better debtor and stakeholder experiences
• Showing an awareness of our Be, Grow, Think attributes through actions, behaviours and approach with the team and stakeholders
• Gaining an understanding of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA), directives and internal policies to ensure full compliance with the BIA and CIBU, in the delivery of service
• Collaborating with debtors, creditors and colleagues via telephone, fax, email, or mail correspondence
• Daily reviewing of working files to ensure they are within compliance of requirements within your specialization
• Working collaboratively with different departments and colleagues across Canada
• Completion of administration of files through collaboration with your colleagues across the Client Services & Debt Solutions teams

Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Administrator, Client Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
• Experience in the Insolvency industry dealing directly with debtors, creditors, and industry stakeholders
• Enrolled or completion of the Insolvency Administration Course is an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate with clients and liaise with team members
• High computer literacy including the ability to learn new programs and previous experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently as required
• Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication skills to compose various documents and speak effectively with clients, colleagues, and other third parties in-person, on the phone or in a virtual meeting environment
• Desire to learn and grow, and being an integral part of a high performing team
• Ability to execute on deliverables in a face paced and deadline driven environment
