As a Resource Manager, Planning, your responsibilities will include:
· Managing and overseeing a team of Coordinators by providing direction, delegation and prioritization of tasks
· Coaching, inspiring and mentoring a team of Coordinators
· Providing real time feedback and written Feedback
· Working closely with Engagement Managers on resourcing needs for the Business Unit
· Collaborating with other Resource Managers across the firm on both short-term and long-term projects
· Communicating proactively amongst our internal team and stakeholders within the firm
· Providing excellent internal client service by building and maintaining relationships with leaders across the firm
· Future forecasting, 4-6 months in advance
· Identifying conflicts before they happen and help find solutions
· Managing flow of work for long range engagements, considering leverage and optimization
· Quickly adjusting to changes and staying agile in response to business needs, such as changes in structures, reporting

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Resource Manager, Planning? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
· Post secondary education: Administration or Human Resources considered highly desirable
· Minimum 3+ years working experience managing a team in an office environment, ideally in professional services
· Experience in Resource Management or Project Management
· Experience using Dynamics 365 considered an asset
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Planner, Excel, Teams)
· Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail, curiosity to learn
· Holding a high integrity in work quality and excellence in service
· Ability to motivate and influence colleagues
