This position supports process leaders by executing continuous improvement activities and projects to achieve a dramatically improved future state, and for developing and providing new and existing production personnel with the training they require, including experience with hands-on application, and a facilitated integration into the business in a manner that improves Company Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance. Leads training and onboarding programs and processes. Drives a Continuous Improvement culture by training, coaching and mentoring others in innovating processes for daily improvement.
