The W2E Business Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the W2E (Work to Existing) business segment which offers turn-key services to modify, expand, repair, and maintain concrete buildings throughout North America. The W2E Business Unit Manager ensures key performance metrics are met or exceeded in all areas. The position manages dedicated W2E: Sales, Project Management, and Field personnel, responsible for providing oversight for all marketing and business development activities, as well as monitoring operations and project cost control. The Business Unit Manager has complete profit and loss responsibility for annual sales volumes up to (and expected to grow beyond) $10m. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying, developing, and driving strategic initiatives throughout the larger organization while continually adapting the vision and direction of the W2E Business Unit.
Normal office working environment and visits to project sites and manufacturing facilities as necessary.
