Director/Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Procurement
In this position you will lead the global supply chain function, including procurement, inventory planning & management, and logistics to ensure a reliable supply of safe, high-quality drug products for Omeros as well as lead the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance of the global supply chain. In collaboration with the relevant team members, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, negotiating agreements with, and managing various CMC vendors including, but not limited to, those providing raw materials (APIs, excipients, packaging), packaging, labeling, shipment services, GMP storage of API, Drug Product, and final finished goods. Working with clinical and commercial teams to understand anticipated needs, you will ensure the availability of drug product in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at acceptable levels.

Who is Omeros?

Omeros is proud to offer a competitive total compensation package designed to support the lives of our employees and their families. The wage scale for the Director level is $185,000 to $223,000 and $230,000 to $268,000 for the Sr. Director level. Salaries will be determined based on knowledge, skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Employees accrue three weeks of vacation and 80 hours of sick time on an annual basis and receive twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
