Mail Coordinator Sr.

Location Requirement: Ewing, NJ Cenlar Office Please note that this position is based at our Ewing, NJ location. The role requires on-site presence for 4 days per week. When applying, kindly ensure that you are local to this site and/or able to commute reliably.
The Mail Coordinator is responsible for distribution of mail and supplies between all Cenlar locations. In addition, the coordinator assists on as needed basis with maintenance work at the Cenlar locations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains mailroom by keeping stock of supplies; i.e., envelopes used for the inserter/folder; Federal Express/USPS and UPS forms and envelopes; ink, water & tapes for both postage machines, etc.
- Maintains adequate postage in postage meters; prepare wires as needed
- Keeps up to date on changes in postal rates
- Sort and distribute mail
- Operates the express scanner; postage meters & inserter/folder
- Makes daily mail stops at Post Office and Federal Express
- Distributes mail and supplies between all Cenlar locations
- Drives company vehicles
Borrower Experience
- Responsible for the daily closure of all approved complaint cases
- Ensures the finalization of complaint closure process is completed for all responses
- Prepares and finalizes all response folders in Salesforce and upload to Synergy
- Uploads appropriate documentation to regulatory agencies
- Responsible for the printing function of mailing complaint responses
- Responsible for uploading responses to NCP for printing
- Partners with corporate mailroom to ensure we have mail supplies
- Works in conjunction with management for the quality review completion of the final mail product
- Participates in staff meetings
- Accountable for meeting quality expectations and performance
- Responsible for completing all required trainings for Compliance, Corporate, interdepartmental and developmental trainings as assigned/directed by their manager
- Responsible for projects and other duties as assigned by Manager
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must read/speak English
- Must be able to interact with people internally and externally
