What You’ll Do

• Operate emulsion plant at the direction of the Seniors Emulsion Manager.

• To lead, and control the plant operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas of: people, equipment, material and environmental safety, cost performance, asset utilization, customer product and service delivery.  The high-level targeted outcome is to achieve Operational Excellence through focused management and measured performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent. Additional directly related work experience may be substituted for some of the educational requirements.

•         Factory environment work ethic is a plus

•  Minimum 2 years working experience with progressively increasing professional or technical responsibility, within a relevant industry

•  Experience with safety, environment, quality, maintenance, and training systems.

•  Computer literacy

• Strong understanding and acceptance of responsibility for compliance to relevant OSHA, ATF, DOT and EPA  and local regulations.
