Manager, Solutions Delivery Strategist

The Manager, Solutions Delivery Strategist is responsible for overseeing Solutions Delivery Strategists who design and deliver business-focused systems, solutions, processes and associated standards.  The team works with internal operations and technology teams to develop Client Solutions and associated proposals and contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

•Resolves and guides team to solution complex problems or transactions where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
•Translates Client requirements / needs into requirements for solution and proposal/contract development 
•Oversees day-to-day activities of a product or process and will provide input on more complex issues
•Maintains an in-depth understanding of Cenlar’s different businesses and the related economics
•Provides process and technical guidance and consulting from strategy to planning to issue resolution
•In partnership with other Cenlar teams, designs systems and solutions, liaises between Technology and business teams
•Manages technical events, issues, and problems as contributions to ‘continuous improvement’ revisions to the technical strategy
•Communicates business objectives and requirements to internal teams clearly and effectively
•Leads the reviews of proposed solutions, configurations, and Client implementations
•In partnership with other Cenlar teams, designs and develops scalable solutions according to best practices and Cenlar guidelines
•Leads the development of team’s business plans, policies, and procedures, and may also be responsible for various projects to improve efficiencies
•Motivates and inspires team to achieve performance goals
•Develops and drives cross-functional solutions engaging business teams and drives process improvement strategies 
•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•10+ years’ experience related experience required, including managing a team 
•Demonstrates a clear understanding of the firm’s different businesses and the related economics
•Experience partnering and collaborating with client and business teams
•Experience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teams
•Ability to form relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers
•Full understanding of software architecture including various architectural techniques and enterprise design systems
•Functional expertise, including multiple methodologies and tools, and ongoing awareness of evolution within the industry that breeds innovation across the team

Pay Range Details
$95,599.00 - $152,003.00 Annually
The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This range represents the reasonable minimum and maximum salary the company expects to pay for this position.
