Requirements:

• You are currently 18-24 years old
• Live in Chicago
• Have access to the internet
• Interest in a professional, long term career in finance
• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Sales experience (i.e. Retail store credit card promotion to customers), preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships through conversations
• Ability to make sound transactional decisions to ensure policies and procedures are met.
• Ability to accurately understand and respond appropriately when interacting with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to take responsibility for personal performance and development.
• Driven, ambitious, goal driven
• Demonstrate stability, consistency
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional, detail oriented
