AWS Service Management

Description

ECS is seeking an AWS BA/Project Management to work remote.

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in an AWS solutions delivery role.
• Experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Creating EC2 Instances and configuring all web Services like EC2, S3 bucket, RDS, EBS, ELB, Auto-Scaling, AMI, IAM through AWS Console.  Experience with cost tracking, analysis and optimization.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000

• Knowledge, skills and abilities of the architecture, engineering, and services of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge, skills and abilities to troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues in Amazon Web Services.
• Communicate with designated SEC personnel by phone and email concerning the details of the issue, expected resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Have the ability to research problems and contact and escalate issues with AWS or other third-party hardware/software providers.
• Experience with the native AWS management and governance tools.
• Knowledge, skills, and ability to customize cost reports based on AWS billing information, account structures, and tags.
• Skill in working with customers to understand their requirements and deliver superior solutions.
