Social Media Manager:


We are looking for a highly talented Social Media Manager with a passion for social marketing and help lead/grow our dynamic digital and social media presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to join a fast-growing team and help expand our client profile.

Help develop and execute strategic integrated social media programs

Build outreach initiatives outside of sales or marketing goals to give the brand(s) a personality and voice within the industry and online communities

Maintain daily conversations with community members to help drive engagement goals

Be the eyes and ears of the brand(s) across all the entire social spaces

Identify conversations or crisis that require response, and route through appropriate department for resolution should be crises

Create marketing pieces to educate potentials clients in a social space such as LinkedIn

Establish and use listening tools to gauge the health of the brand(s) online, and potential for participating in new communities

Provide moderation of brand(s) via social media channels

Provide input on weekly/monthly and ad-hoc social media dashboards and reports

Consume, curate and share relevant and interesting information about social media with internal stakeholders

Stay ahead of trends in the social space, including new platforms, tools and technology


Core Responsibilities:


Increase social footprint across key platforms

Experience with both paid and unpaid digital and social media, including Google Campaign

management and LinkedIn for in-app advertising and native advertising

Develop and publish exclusive micro-content for each key platform as aligned with elected strategy

Advise on pursuing various e-commerce channels to drive website traffic

Identify opportunities and recommend new concepts to enhance the brand online

Increasing new customer acquisition

Overseeing the day-to-day operations and analytics for the e-commerce site; all related digital media, mobile platform, and other related technologies


Desired Skills:


Minimum 1 year of social media or online production experience within major entertainment company, creative brand or interactive agency

-Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, business, journalism or related field is A+.

-Experience in publishing across social media platforms and CMSs

-Familiarity with analytics tools to identify reach, trends, key influencers, opportunities for engagement, and to generate internally and externally distributed progress and wrap reports for all projects

-Basic knowledge design, video and photo editing software

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)

-Marketing/Advertising Experience – Plus!
