Job Description:

OutPLEX is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to work with us to support our multilingual campaign! This individual will communicate with customers through live chat, email, or phone to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. Since they function on the front line of customer service, it is important that agents be comfortable communicating directly with customers. This position may be virtually from home or in office. Office location in Chapinero, Bogota area. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Chat Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, conversing in a polite and professional manner, and performing data entry
  • Respond to Inbound chat, email or phone inquiries and effectively consult customers or prospective customers on website.
  • Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem
  • Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed
  • Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers
  • Basic technical support and product support to customers during flight and post flight


Skills and specifications:

  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish and French Canadian, spoken and written
  • Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once
  • Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
  • Customer service experience either face to face, phone or chat
  • Experience with call centers a plus
  • Chat or messaging experience a plus
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM with 0 errors
  • Ability to work independently researching information
  • Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided
  • Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a must!
