Job Description
We are seeking resourceful and goal driven Customer Service Agents to represent a well stablished insurance company based in the USA, fielding calls and emails either from customers or third parties (banks, lenders, mortgage companies).

Requirements:
-Dominican Cedula.
-Awesome English.
-1 year of experience performing Customer Service within call center settings.
-Multi-tasking skills.
-Fast-paced & flexible.
-Reside in Santo Domingo.


Responsibilities:
-Verifiy customers' identities.
-Obtain or provides copies of insurance policy declarations, evidence of insurance
  and/or receipts when requested.
-Record activities regularly and accurately in appropriate systems.
-Cover requests originated via email, web forms, DocuSign or other off-phone means.
-Handle requests to completion.
-Tasks are not limited to the aforementioned.
