Client Service Representative

Class: Hourly

This is a remote job opportunity. 

 

Job Description:

This person will follow internal operational standards while processing research requests and results. This person will determine, based on standard operating procedures, which day to day activities require prioritization. This individual will work cooperatively with both internal/external clients and researchers in an effort to process research requests. In addition, this person will provide backup to multiple departments and support special projects when directed by Client Service leadership. This position reports to the Client Services Supervisor.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurate processing of search requests and results including regular updates on pending searches. 
  • Coordination between clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of all research requests. 
  • Handles incoming calls and emails from clients and/or vendors. 
  • Accurate transfer of data from order documents into our internal application.
  • Contacts clients and/or candidates to obtain missing required information. 
  • Internal department tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Short term account management responsibilities on an as needed basis.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented. 
  • Must be able to interpret data fields on inconsistent vendor result forms. 
  • Must be able to independently prioritize day to day activities and unexpected distractions. 
  • Must be able to quickly resolve problems with client requests and follow through with vendor shortcomings. 
  • Must possess courteous and professional phone and written communication skills. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office & PCs.

 

Skills:

  • Typing -- 35+ WPM
  • Microsoft Suite -- Intermediate 
  • PC -- Basic
