Our company is run by a fourth-generation leadership and has operated 3 million square feet of warehousing space in Southeast Michigan for more than 90 years. Evans Resource Solutions, LLC has immediate openings for Order Selector and Loaders at our customer's facility.  The assignment is with J&B Medical in Wixom, MI. in their fulfillment area.  Order Selectors and Loaders will rotate to different positions in the fulfillment area.  These positions include Product Picking, Ship Stations, Truck Loader and Cardboard Recovery.  

The Order Picker & Loader is responsible for any one of the following responsibilities:

•  Reviewing orders, picking the requested product and placing it into a bin.  Then sending orders to a ship station.
•  Scan order to create shipping label(s), repack items into shipping boxes. Then pack product, secure, seal box and label.  Send to the dock.
•  Band shipping cartons together if multiple boxes are destined to same address.
• Stack packed and labeled orders into 20' trailers, from floor to ceiling.

Job Requirements:

•  Must work well with others. 
•  Consistent attendance. 
•  Self-motivated - work well without constant supervision.
•  Physical stamina for work demands.  Lifting to 60 lbs frequently.
•  Must have previous experience working as a Freight sorter, Material handler, Warehouse Associate, dock worker or package handler.
•  Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Details & Location:

• The Facility is located on Pontiac Trail and Wixom Road.

• Starting hourly wage $18.

• Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday but must be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays.
