Program Manager – Supportive Employment

The purpose of this position is to oversee the Supportive Employment (SE) Program at Highlands Community Services (HCS), ensuring effective delivery of employment support services for consumers. The Program Manager, SE will provide supervision, mentoring, training, and coaching to Employment Specialists, manage daily operations, foster employer relationships, and support consumers in achieving their employment goals while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Position Specifics:
Location:  Abingdon, VA
Status:  Full-time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation:  $23.00 – Commensurate with education/experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field.
Experience:  Four (4) years of clinical experience in mental health and/or Supportive Employment Services and registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
Preferred:  One (1) year Supportive Employment experience.
