The Facility Logistician will support efforts to integrate human systems considerations across all stages of research, design, and system development. This role combines technical expertise with systems engineering to ensure that human performance, usability, and mission effectiveness are built into every phase of the program.

You’ll provide comprehensive technical and programmatic support throughout the full system life cycle — from concept refinement and technology development to production, deployment, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze HSI and operational requirements
• Support concept development and creation of performance tools
• Conduct research, trade studies, and formal design reviews
• Support test and evaluation, laboratory, and field activities
• Participate in working groups, advisory panels, and mockup assessments
• Provide organizational and technical management support
• Investigate and assess emerging technologies

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must possess a verifiable Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

Three (3) years of experience performing laboratory/facility management and support.

Two (2) years of experience in at least four (4) of the following areas:

• Laboratory management, facilities support, and operations
• Basic construction tasks, hand tool operation, space design, construction, or arrangement
• Laboratory configuration and reconfiguration management
• Inventory management and tracking (software and hardware), and equipment procurement
• Audio and visual equipment operation
• Basic electronics, including wiring, cable building (network and video), and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Managing classified workspaces
