We are looking for a committed Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Under the direction of the CFO, this individual is responsible for the payroll taxes payments, accounts payable, bank and invoice reconciliations, journal entries, and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote until our new office is completed in One Loudoun.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field
• Must possess at least five years' experience with full life cycle accounting
• Prepare, file, and pay withholding and payroll taxes
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 
• Interact professionally with all clients and tax agencies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Works independently and proactively
• Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• PEO experience
• PRISMHR or similar database experience
