The Navy Acquisition Analyst (Senior) will assist with program management of contracts and finances in IWS for US and FMS positions:

• Provide overall acquisition process expertise and support to IWS 3C Team, including 3C Leadership, APMs and support contractors
• Review for quality, completeness and consistency various acquisition documents: Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Justification & Approval, Statements of Work
• Facilitate the routing of acquisition documents, track and report the stakeholder review and signature process
• Coordinate and review IWS 3C Team Purchase Requisition (PR) Drafts for new contract requirements and modifications to established contracts
• Input PR information in SPS PD2 system, generating SPS PRs for submission to NAVSEA Headquarters Contracting Office
• Review Technical Instructions for multiple programs
• Track all in-process 3C-SEA 02 contract actions
• Review and track weekly updates of SeaPort e-Milestone Key Dates
• Facilitate and report weekly 3C-SEA 02 contract actions review meeting
• Facilitate and report bi-weekly 3C-Indian Head contract actions review meeting
• Update weekly Acquisition Rotational slides in PowerPoint with latest information for IWS 3C leadership
• Attend and support 3C leadership during bi-weekly Acquisition Metrics Forum with IWS 3.0 Front Office
• Maintain SharePoint Record Management for IWS 3C Acquisition
• Provide quick turn-around research & response for data calls
• Collaborate with Government and Support Contractors effectively
• Schedule Stakeholders Reviews, recurring and ad hoc meetings in Teams
• Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required 
• Track and report funds retrieved through the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) financial database as the standard method of payment for FMS
• Familiarity of NEPS and ability to learn on the job
• Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action items


Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of Naval Guns or prior OEM Experience
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales management and financial systems, including MISIL, DSAMS and SCIP
• Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good communication skills


This is a hybrid role, three days onsite.
