Job Description 
We are seeking well-spoken, resourceful, and goal-driven Customer Service Agents to represent a wide array of well-established companies based in the USA from various industries by handling calls, emails, or chats. After successfully completing the application form and assessments, recruiters will inform you about the project/campaign you qualify for and provide additional details.

Requirements: 
-Dominican Cedula.

-6 months of experience performing Customer Service within call center settings.
-Multi-tasking skills.
-Fast-paced & flexible.
-Reside in Santo Domingo.


Responsibilities: 
-Verify customers' identities.
-Record activities regularly and accurately in appropriate systems.
-Cover requests originated via phone calls, emails or chat.
-Handle requests to completion.
-Tasks are not limited to the aforementioned.
