OutPLEX is looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into insights that drive business value. Through use of data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques and technologies, you will help our company make smarter business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintaining data integrity and accuracy in analysis processes.
Candidate Profile/Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within a call center environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Query and DAX for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience in AWS and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a data analysis role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
