Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator with intermediate to advanced experience in videography, photography, and social media metrics reporting and improvement, to join our team at OutPLEX in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating visually compelling content for our digital platforms, assisting with video production, capturing high-quality images, and tracking and improving social media performance.

Key Responsibilities:
4Create, edit, and manage multimedia content, including videos and photographs, for digital and social platforms.
4Assist in producing video content for internal and external campaigns, events, and client projects.
4Capture high-quality images for company branding, social media, and marketing materials.
4Develop, implement, and analyze social media strategies to improve audience engagement.
4Regularly monitor and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm new ideas for content and campaigns.
4Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
4Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
4Understand that your duties and responsibilities as a content creator are not limited to the above. 

Qualifications:
4Intermediate to advanced experience in videography and photography.
4Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and content trends.
4Basic knowledge of social media metrics and analytics (e.g., using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other reporting tools).
4Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop) is a plus.
4Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask.
4Team player with excellent communication skills.
4Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
