What You'll Do

• Oversee key areas of the monthly close process, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and support accounting for new initiatives. 
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements across multiple entities. 
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and billing processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct technical accounting research and update policies as needed. 
• Support the annual audit process and maintain accurate departmental records.
   

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum 3 years of GAAP accounting experience; multi-entity experience strongly preferred. 
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA designation a plus. 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
