HR INFORMATION Admin (Temporary Position)
This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA. This position is not a remote opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Additionally, this role manages and analyzes people data trends and key performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making by leveraging data insights to proactively address workforce concerns and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction in partnership with HR team members. This is a temporary role.
Must have experience in Dayforce and Taleo.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily operation of and maintains the HRIS. This includes developing and maintaining documentation, data management procedures, user guides, and training materials and managing system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Collaborate with HR leadership to oversee the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing system capabilities to support strategic HR objectives and an improved user experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams and HR team members to identify, assess, and implement HR technology, tools, and systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
Train HR staff and other users on HRIS functionalities and best practices. Provide technical support to HR staff and other HRIS users.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Drive data mitigation efforts within HR, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and implementing measures to safeguard employee information.
Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and integrations. Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to HR processes, continuously evaluate performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and optimize HR policies and programs.
Conduct training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency in process improvement methodologies, data analytics, and HR technology.
Drive performance management reform by collaborating with HR leadership to design and implement innovative performance appraisal, feedback, and goal-setting approaches.
Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or related experience.
4+ years’ experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Project management experience is a plus.
SALARY:
Hiring Range: Equivalent to $98,634-$113,424 annually
Full Pay Band for the Role: Equivalent to $98,634-128,214 annually.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hybrid work from home and office required.
The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.

Equipment used: Computer, phone, various virtual technologies and programs, other office equipment.
Travel: Minimal travel (<25%) may be required.
