With approximately 25 investment bankers located in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., our ADG Group is among the largest of its kind on Wall Street and our clients include some of the industry’s most impressive companies.

Job Description

New associates work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.

In the ADG Group, responsibilities include supporting new business development and investment banking engagements, as well as:  

  • Preparing, analyzing and explaining historical and projected financial information; 
  • Coordinating and performing business due diligence; 
  • Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations; 
  • Valuing companies and businesses; 
  • Assisting in the marketing and planning of engagements; and
  • Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients and prospective clients as well as professional advisors.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory, keen analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ADG experience is preferred, but not required. One to two years of prior investment banking experience is required. Course work in accounting and finance is highly recommended.
