Job Summary:
Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment banking firm, is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage the planning and execution of the firm’s integrated digital marketing campaigns. This position will work collaboratively with the across all lines of businesses and other members of Houlihan Lokey’s Marketing Department to optimize the firm’s overall marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively and have a vested interest in Houlihan Lokey’s marketing strategy. This is a hands on role with the expectation that you have full ownership of the Pardot ecosystem. Thus, the ideal candidate should be experienced in Pardot and Salesforce.

Job Description:
- In charge of setting up and sending mass emails, building out conversion forms and logic flows, and creating campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrate mastery of Pardot core principles including general administration, lead scoring, syncing with SFDC, email marketing, and landing page/form creation
- Build Pardot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into results, measure effectiveness, and provide alternate strategies if needed
- Work alongside the Salesforce administrator to ensure database cleanliness, effective lead scoring, bidirectional sync with CRM, and campaign execution
- Assist in analyzing and testing HTML emails (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, A/B testing etc.)
- Provide guidance and consulting on advanced email marketing tactics including dynamic content, personalization strings, and A/B testing
- Optimize Pardot utilization with integrated forms; create lead capture process, and nurturing cycle
- Ensure that all digital marketing practices are compliant with existing and evolving CAN-SPAM and international regulations such as GDPR
Qualifications:
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms with increasing responsibility and demonstrated campaign success
- Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
- Strong project with the ability to see programs from start to finish
- Seasoned with LinkedIn advertising and it’s capabilities is a plus
- B2B expertise in email marketing, experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- A strong team player who is comfortable in working in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Deeply passionate about digital marketing and the power of email campaigns
- Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
