District Automotive Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·         Establish, negotiate, and enforce contract provisions for service providers. 

·         Maintain provider participation and establish an ongoing, positive relationship with providers and shops, providing assistance as needed to maintain AAA standards.  

·         Ensure quality standards are maintained through on-site monitoring, report analysis, and survey data.  

·         Responsible for attracting new businesses to become a AAA service provider.

·         Responsible for promoting the company’s battery program and other programs, as required. 

·         Oversee proper function and utilization of provider network resource, interface with providers and members to address service and/or behavioral issues, member concerns, resolve disputes as needed, and ensure member concerns are addressed appropriately. Research roadside assistance service incidents and provide recommendations and resolutions.

·         Liaison between the providers and the company’s dispatch department to resolve outstanding issues and provide improvement within provider networks.

·         Assist the Automotive Services Department with projects and items as needed as well as aid with the development of new programs and services. 

·         Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.

·         Incorporates AAA’s vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA’s vision mission and values. 

 DISTRICT AUTOMOTIVE MANAGER FOCUS:

WHO YOU ARE:

·         Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience

·         4+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management field 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

         1+ years’ experience in automotive or mechanical industry preferred

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

         Valid state driver’s license

SALARY RANGE:

The annualized target hiring salary range for the position is $$77,100 to $88,650 and offer rate is based on experience. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

         Hybrid office and field environment.

         This role is assigned a company car, computer, phone.

         Travel: Consistent Travel (>50%)

         Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
