 What you will do

This is a 12 month assignment for our Trade Working Capital project.  The Project Manager will perform detailed project planning based on analysis and interpretation of data from the SAP ERP/MRP (Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Resource Planning) system. Provides leadership for elements of the project and communication to Project Network, Project Sponsors, and Project Owners. Performs creation and management of  Project planning, business scope, schedule, and budget. Ensures project objectives and milestones are met on time and within budget, while managing scope creep and overcoming obstacles and red flags to deliver timely project completion .

  • Analyzes, develops, and coordinates plans for assigned projects.
  • Develops and maintains project planning, reporting, and implementing networks for project.
  • Evaluation and reporting of project status to Business Leaders, Project Sponsors, and Project Owners.
  • May work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels.
  • Identify and evaluation of project risks and obstacles and initiate appropriate mediation or execution on resolution strategies
  • Will compile, coordinate, monitor, maintain and report on project financials and budgeting reports.
  • Oversee and manage project standup meetings
  • Creation and maintenance of all projects related artifacts
  • Assignment of project tasks and management of workload for project network
  • Drive project to achieve project milestones and objectives, to ensure on time completion of project within allotted project budget
  •  Synthesize data and identify problems and opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Develop and interrogate financial models to demonstrate trends and forecasts for spend behavior.
  •  Provide analytical support by providing and development Procurement Reporting,
  • Develop strategies and address root cause issues to improve spend analysis within the Procurement data sources.
  • Managing across “silos” will require significant influencing and communication skills.  
  • Deliver on everchanging priorities in relation to project scope , deliverables, timelines, and objective
  • Work with multiple information systems and data formats in use across the company.
  • Develop key internal stakeholder relationships across geographic regions.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of general project management experience in a related field required.
  • 3-6 years of experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
  • At least 3 years of financial, commercial or procurement analytical experience preferrably working with trade working capital.
  • Verbal Communication –  provide guidance and training to others, using clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
  • Negotiation – negotiate and obtain consensus between internal or external parties who may have different interests.
