What You’ll Do
As the Fixed / Static Equipment Engineer, you will be directly involved in the reliability effort for the site through collaboration between the engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. You will assist managing the Static Equipment program to affect a reduction or elimination of identified operational risks within the plant including mechanical and facility related systems. What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, materials, mechanical, manufacturing, or chemical engineering.
Experience in maintenance and/or engineering of a petro-chemical manufacturing plant, power generation, or similar heavy industry environment in the field of reliability of static plant equipment is preferred.
Certified or working towards qualifications such as API 510, 653, 570, 571, 579, and 581 preferred.
Knowledge of static plant equipment and knowledge of materials, failure mechanisms, fabrication and repair processes and procedures.
Experienced in risk identification, analysis and mitigation strategies.
