What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and manage complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes. 
• Create comprehensive business cases to evaluate potential projects and investments.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business strategies and market conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, marketing, technology and IT, to gather and analyze data.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with company consultants  to review current models and in development of future financial and operations modelling. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and financial modelling software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
