What You’ll Do

The Operations Support Administrator will have the responsibility of supporting the NL WO in administrative and logistical needs as directed. The candidate will interface closely with operations, asset care, and emulsion teams to support in the following areas:

  • Coordination of raw materials ordering, shipping, receiving for remote mine sites

  • Inventory Control

  • General freight shipping and receiving

  • SAP champion

  • Class one explosive orders

  • General Administrative support

  • Logistic Coordination

  • Parts ordering

  • Document Control

  • Cycle Counts

  • Support Maintenance Planning and execution as directed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Commination skills.

  • Expert level use of MS Office applications.

  • SAP experience (1 - 3 years)

  • Inventory control experience

  • Logistic coordination experience would be considered an asset.

  • Valid Drivers license.

  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of the local logistics and transportation industry.

  • Experience in Mining or explosive industry would be considered an asset.

  • Positive attitude
