Financial Restructuring
Houlihan Lokey has the largest, most experienced worldwide financial restructuring practice of any investment banking firm, with approximately 160 professionals in offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia. In 2016, we worked on over 150 restructuring-related transactions on behalf of companies, their creditors and shareholders, and other constituents. Responsibilities
Throughout the year, Houlihan Lokey offers 3-4 month internship opportunities at their Frankfurt office. The internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside restructuring bankers in a stimulating environment on various restructuring assignments for clients in various industries. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship, you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst, working on transactions that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions. Furthermore you will gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses, and work as part of a project team.
