Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Senior Director, Enterprise Technology and Architect the Business Data Architect supports the improvement of Business and IT alignment through application rationalization, builds a solid business architecture and business capabilities, improves customer experience by optimizing the application portfolios, creates a strong relationship with IT and Product owners and provides the insight necessary to ensure that the enterprise can align strategic objectives with the right investments that will drive the right outcomes to optimize value for the organization SaaS products.

Pay Range: $77-$90/hr based on experience
Schedule: This position will work as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Primary Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)
Collaborate with business product owners and executive sponsors of the IT Transformation to bridge gap between what business capabilities are desired into one comprehensive strategy and enterprise platform.
Improve Business and IT alignment thru application rationalization for SaaS products.
Providing the business scope of applications by linking them to business capabilities and processes.
Defining and maintaining a clear view of CPS application inventory, dependencies, functional processes flows and business dataflows between applications and business intelligence needs.
Preparing transformation scenarios based on business outcomes from the product matrix.
Work with lead architect and executives to define enterprise governance best practices.
Bring strategic thinking and technical expertise to Application Development functions.
Work collaboratively across the organization to align the needs and capabilities of the organization.
Deliver an Agile Development Framework using SDLC tools such as Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
Strategically plan on applications for possibility of licensing applications for external use.
Other related duties as assigned.
