Clinical Care Services Supervisor

As a fulltime, exempt Clinical Care Services Supervisor with our CPS Clinical Care Services TELEpharmacy team, you are responsible for overseeing operations within CPS TELEpharmacy during specific shift, directing workflow across all business lines, assists in maintaining high levels of customer service, provides assistance with implementing new accounts, services and products, provides clinical pharmacy services (Transitions of Care, MTM, and CMM), verifies orders with accuracy, maintains security of pharmacy and maintains client relations as required.  All employees work at an attractive facility located in Naperville, Illinois.

Schedule: This full-time schedule varies and may include nights, weekends and holidays. 

Setting: CPS TELEpharmacy is a division of CPS Solutions, that provides remote pharmacy services to multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the U.S from a centralized location in Naperville, IL.  This position entails a high degree of telephone customer service, and accuracy working on multiple screens from a high-security, modern office building with many amenities including a relaxation area, complimentary beverages and membership to a local fitness center.  

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
  • Current Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Ability to manage staff and support performance improvement
  • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as requested by management
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
  • Ability to use pharmaceutical and medical references literature to provide drug information to health plans, patients, and prescribers
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to speak professionally via phone or video with providers and patients
  • Ability to precept students independently
